When temperatures fall in the Lungau mountains, the hearts of all winter sport fans and snow lovers start beating faster. Just a few minutes’ drive from our farm, several wonderful ski stations lure fans with fun in the snow: Fanningberg, Katschberg-Aineck, Grosseck-Speiereck, and Obertauern with more than 300 ski slope kilometres and many cross-country ski tracks guarantee great snow. Cross-country skiers also love the perfectly prepared tracks as well as the laser biathlon facility in the Lignitztal valley. Furthermore, the Lungau region is a paradise for ski touring and the ideal starting point for many appealing ski tours with different levels of difficulty.
